Terms and Conditions

1. Generalities.

By your purchase of products through the Website "Oliver Weber Shop", you agree to these Terms and Conditions here described and regulated by the « D.Ley 23/2003 del ordenamiento español »

Attention : Oliver Weber Shop does not allow the purchase from minors, if not supported by an adult.

2. Prices .

The prices given by "Oliver Weber Shop" include IVA/VAT, as well as any other duty. The transport cost is excluded unless otherwise stated.

Packaging: The special presentation box is included for purchases above €30.-.For less than €30.- products will be sent in a blue silk bag, with the Oliver Weber logo.

3. Conditions and payment system .

The purchase price for the products ordered is due upon the shipment of your order.

We accept the following systems :

  • Credit card (VISA - Master Card).
  • PayPal payments. For security reasons, the owner of the order should be the credit card holder.
  • Payment by bank transfer to our ING account Nr. IBAN:ES97-1465-0100-9117-3497-9569 SWIFT:INGDESMMXXX                                   (Account holder: Oliver Weber Shop)
  • Delivery against payment, there is a 2% additional charge with a minimum of €2.- (only possible  within Spain).


4. Delivery conditions:

Product availability:

  • Available : the ordered products will be sent immediately after the E-Mail confirmation.
  • Not available : the product is out of stock at the moment and could be delayed by 8-10 days.
  • Quantity not available : the product is available for a lower quantity than the one already specified.

The transport cost is excluded unless otherwise stated. It is important for the customer to check any transport charges, before continuing the purchase.

All products are delivered by the transportation company chosen by Oliver Weber Shop Products are delivered by the transportation company for Iberian Peninsula and MRW for Balearic Islands. For all other countries, products are shipped by Post.

For Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

Transport cost is € 4.70/5.95

For delivery against payment, there is a 2% additional charge with a minimum of € 2.- (only possible within Spain).

For Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: Shipping only by Post, cost is € 5.95.-

For European countries: Shipping only by Post, cost is € 6.90.-

Attention: No deliveries are possible to a P.O box address.

On demand, the products could be sent to a different address but cannot be sent to a different country.

In case of absence of the receiver, the transportation company will leave a notice for the customer to contact them to organise a more suitable delivery time.

Oliver Weber Shop refuses any responsability for the delay of any delivery that can be caused by forces beyond their control (bad weather, difficulty to locate the delivery address and also for the products shipped by Post outside of Spain). The products are covered by assurance policies stipulated by Divinox-casa SL and cover all transportation methods.

If you have not received your order in a reasonable time, you should get in contact with customer services A.S.A.P. using the section «Contact us» or calling to the phone number (0034) 96-2972015. By following these simple guidelines, our staff will be able to check te progress of your order and confirm with the forwarder the status of your delivery. For delivery by Post which is not received after one month, you will get your money back.

We remind you that deliveries will be suspended every saturday and sunday, bank and public holidays and during weeks 1 and 52. All orders during these periods will be dispatched the next available working day.

Attention : It is possible that delays may occur outside these times, especially the weeks leading up to Christmas. To avoid disappointment, please place your order week 50 the latest.

Upon receipt of your order, we would ask you to thoroughly check that the numbered parcels are indeed the same as those shown on the packing list. Please also check that the packaging has not been damaged or altered in any way. Should you find something to be wrong, please notify the transportation company immediately. You should also ask to sign with reserve writing on the shipping document « I accept with reserve due to… » (for ex. damaged package), signing the document and asking the carrier to countersign. This procedure is necessary to obtain the responsability of the carrier for possible damages caused by the transport. 

Attention : The images given on this site have a purpose of showing how a particular product will look. They do not represent in any way a tie or an obligation for the seller. 

5. Returns:

If you are not satisfied with a product, Oliver Weber Shop gives you the right to return the purchased product.

If you want to return the product, you must inform Oliver Weber Shop within 7 days of receipt.

You can contact us either using the section «Contact us» or calling to the phone number (0034) 96-2972015. Attention : Oliver Weber Shop is only obliged to repair or replace defective products.

When we receive your request to return items, our staff will authorize this by sending you a confirmation E-Mail with proceeding instructions. Transportation cost will be at customer expense.

Please note that any returned items should be carefully packed in the original packing with all accessories that were originally included.

Attention : Oliver Weber Shop will not accept returns with a damaged packing, uncomplete items or any product that does not carry a warranty and/or altered. It is not possible to change a product purchased in a store or through a site different from this one, with the procedure described above.

6. Warranty:

6.1 All Oliver Weber products have a 2 years warranty against fabrication defects. For example the crystal fall off or the rhodium surface is altered, although all attention has been taken, according to the recommendation of use, then we will repear or exchange the defective product. For the cleaning, only use a soft clothe without rubbing, do not use any detergent.

6.2 Oliver Weber collection: Please be aware that the products of this collection, should not be in contact with water, detergents, cosmetics, specially parfumes and hard objects. Remove your jewellery when sleeping or making sport, sweat could damage your jewellery as well. When not in use, store them in their protective case.

6.3 Life collection: The Sterling Silver jewellery should not be in contact with water, detergents, cosmetics, specially parfumes and hard products. They should be kept in their metal box when not in use, for a longer life.
Sterling silver is a soft metal, shocks against hard objects could damage the shape of your jewellery.

To create an order:

From the E-Shop homepage you can consult the catalog and find more than 1000 products categorised by product type. Choose the product that you want to buy and click on "add to shopping basket". At any time you will be able to check the content of your shopping basket, at the right-hand side of the menu. Once your product selection is finished and you want to settle your purchase, click on "CheckOut" and follow the instructions from «your shopping basket». This will bring you to the payment confirmation. At any time you can go back to the shopping area or modify the data already given. To end the purchase, it is necessary to identify yourself by entering your username and password. If you have never logged on before, you can simply fill an entry form to gain access to this area.

Attention : the invoice address and the delivery address should show the same country. For more information, please consult our section "Delivery Conditions".
If the entered data is correct, click on "Continue" in order to send your credit card details directly to the banking system, which will guide you through the process and will tell you if the payment has been succesfull. We use the Secure Sockets Layer to watch the safety of all the information concerning your online order.

Once your payment details have been confirmed, the order will go directly to Oliver Weber Shop and a confirmation message will appear on the screen. In addition, you will receive a confirmation by E-Mail. Divinox-Casa SL will send you a copy of the invoice by E-Mail, this has to be kept as a receipt and warranty document.
